About
My name is Daniel Rogerson and I am an A Level student living and studying in London, United Kingdom. I have a passion for photography and other areas surrounding the subject, although I am not studying photography as an A Level due to having been advised against this because I hadn’t taken art as a GCSE subject.
In the future I hope to go professional, or go into a line of work which relates to photography.
I can speak German to a conversational level, having previously lived in Germany for 6 months on a language exchange aged 12, and more recently I visited Berlin for work experience in a primary school.
My knowledge of computers is above average, I built my own computer from individual parts rather than buying a ready-built one.
Most of the work on here is done using a Canon EOS 1100D, which was my previous camera. I currently work with a Canon EOS Kiss X5 (Also known as the EOS 600D in Europe, and the Rebel T3i in North America).
I process my pictures using Adobe Lightroom, some of which have been heavily manipulated, however most aren’t.
I try to avoid cropping as much as possible, getting the composure correct from the start is preferable and if I remember correctly only one photo in my online portfolio has been cropped.
At the moment I don’t offer any commercial photography services, but please feel free to enquire anyway.
